After 3 events, 13 athletes have their names up on the scoreboard. Stephen Thomas - with three counting events under his belt despite a broken arm - currently leads with 226.3. But there is still plenty of time for others to enter the fray.
To be eligible for a First/Second/Third award in your gender/ten-year age group, you must be a paid-up full club member and you will need to complete at least four of the designated GP races listed.
Your score for a race will be your speed as a percentage of the overall winner's speed, regardless of gender; and your overall GP score will be the sum of your best four race scores.
The thirteen GP races listed embrace Mini Distance, Sprint Distance, Standard Distance, Middle Distance and Ironman Distance events, mostly in the North East. Go forth [or better still, third/second/first...] and gather points....
