Wednesday evening Open Water swimming
From Colin Gardener - [ you'll need to pre-book your place if you want to be sure of coaching: colin.gardener AT virgin.net ] Half the price and twice as nice: Open water swim sessions started last night. Water temp 12deg (warmer in than out) Check it out for next Wed and book your spot if you want to bag a coach. If not then turn up and do your stuff after signing on. Hot drinks available in the cafe which is in the main building along with hot showers and changing rooms. You won't get this at any other open water venue and all for £3 (if uncoached) See you next Wed? Colin ps if you need a wet suit I have one two that might fit
