HILARY STARS IN EUROPE - RESULT plus SPLITS29-04-2012
3:37:42 in Powerman Long Distance Duathlon Championships
Durham Tri's Hilary Ross was racing to another gold medal today in Holland, in the Long Distance age-group European Championships. In her first time out at this distance - 15k run / 60k bike / 7.5k run - her overall time of 3:37:42 was very fast, and would have given her 2nd place in both age groups below!
