Charity Tri4Kids near Sunderland, June 26
The ESPORTA Tri4Kids at Doxford, June 26 Still thinking about doing a triathlon? Or have a friend who just needs a little nudge....? Don't fancy a big competitive triathlon? Or returning after injury? This sprint triathlon is a fund raiser for for a NE charity raising money for disabled children. Held at the Esporta Health Club, Doxford Park, Sunderland on June 26 at a very civilised 09:00. 500m pool swim / 20km bike / 5km run. The bike route is on minor roads and railway cycle paths, and is well signed and marshalled. Hybrid/mountain bike recommended! Entry fee is £35, but if you can raise more through sponsorship then Tri4Kids will be very happy! All the money raised goes to the charity as the facilities, the T shirt and the goody bags are all donated. Could be a great family day! Contact colin.alison@gmail.com for full details |
