CLUB GP & AWAYDAY - UPDATE

25-05-2011
And the scores after Darlington are....
Recently the committee revived the old Club Grand Prix, listing a group of six nearby races from which a member's best 3 results would count. Darlington Triathlon on May 8 was the first of these so the GP Table is taking shape! Next up is the Cleveland Steelman event on July 2 when a big group of DurhamTri members will be in action and translating their results into GP scores. Your score in a race is simply the ratio: 100 X (WINNER'S TIME divided by YOUR TIME). That's the ratio of your speed to the winner's speed, expressed as a percentage. This is based on the regional grand prix scoring system. Your overall Grand Prix score will be the total of your three best scores.
