A 10 mile Pacing Session: For this summer season, monthly, to fit between the Club Duathlon sessions. Based on the new road section of the Club Duathlon circuit, but on the 1st Thursday of the month - a chance to pace yourself on the 5-mile loop between the Coxhoe and Sherburn roundabouts. There are a few options: you can ride solo for 10 or 15 miles, or you can do it as a 2-up if you want to practise riding as a team. 2 x 5-mile laps or 3x 5-mile laps will let you get a grip on pacing yourself as times wil be taken at each pass-point. Dates for this summer are June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1. Sign-on will be from 18:15 to 18:30 with a start at 1-min intervals from about 18:40
